OCTOBER 2008

Following a good finish on the Swansea bay rally and lying 6th in the championship, we decide to go testing before round 5 to ensure a good finish in the 205`s. Elliot reletack sat in for a days tuition on the Woodbridge stages. We here having a good day, learning loads until on SS7 I pushed a bit to hard through a long 5L, result

Re-shell required !!! DAM there goes a good position finish in the 205`s for the 3rd year in a row.

NOVEMBER 2008

Decided to part company with the 205 challenge after 3 very challenging,in-lighting,painfull,expensive,heart-breaking,fantastic time

MARCH 2009

Redz racing goes blue with the arrival of a Proton Compact.

APRIL 2009

First shake down event. Malcolm Watson Stages at Scalthorpe. The car was fantastic as was the weather, with Pete sitting in the co-driver seat things were looking good, that was until SS7, lying in 2nd with 4 miles to go a connecting rod punched its way through the bottom of the block. Day over but had a smile on my face all the way home.

Replaced the engine in the car (doner engine that was part of the sale), and rebuilt the gear box.
